International Transfer Students

Spring 2027

San Diego State University is not open for spring 2027 admission and is not accepting applications. Applicants with extenuating circumstances who meet SDSU's Transfer Admission Minimum Requirements may submit an admission appeal. Review the Undergraduate Admission Appeal Process web page to learn more. Admission appeals for spring 2027 will only be accepted from July 1 to August 31, 2026.

Fall 2027

• August 1: Application opens — create your account and begin preparing your application.
• October 1–November 30: Submit your completed application during the official filing period.
• November 30: Application deadline. No late applications are accepted.

To be considered for admission, international transfer applicants must meet SDSU's minimum transfer admission requirements. We encourage you to review the Transfer Admissions web page before applying to ensure you meet these requirements and understand the application process.
